Acceptance and operator

By accessing or using the website and tools operated under the name Bead Pattern Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you.

Current service

The current public service includes a browser-based image-to-bead-pattern converter, pattern previews, material-list and file exports, tutorials, and a library of downloadable template files. The public workflow currently requires no account or payment. Features, formats, and availability may change as the project develops.

Your images and permissions

You keep whatever rights you already hold in an image you select. You must have the legal right to use that image for the purpose you choose. Do not use private images without permission or content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

The converter cannot grant rights to third-party characters, logos, photographs, artwork, or other protected material. Commercial use of an output made from your own input depends on the rights and licenses attached to that input.

Browser-local processing and generated outputs

The current converter processes selected images in your browser and does not upload them through the core conversion workflow. Bead Pattern Maker does not claim ownership of your selected image or the pattern generated from it. You are responsible for checking the output, keeping any needed copy, and deciding whether your intended use is lawful and safe.

Public template license

Unless a specific template page states otherwise, Bead Pattern Maker's public source and pattern files are provided for personal, non-commercial craft projects. You may download a template and use it to make a personal physical bead project.

You may not repackage, mirror, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the source image, pattern image, PDF, JSON, or other template file. You may not sell physical items made from these site-provided templates without separate written permission. This template license does not apply to a pattern you generate from your own image; that output remains subject to the rights in your source material.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
• Upload, submit, or distribute malware or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service, infrastructure, or data.
• Evade technical limits or send automated traffic that disrupts normal operation.
• Misrepresent a site-provided template as your own digital product or remove notices in order to redistribute it.

We may limit access needed to protect the service or respond to material violations of these terms.

Downloads and local backups

Exports are generated or downloaded to your device. Browser refreshes, storage clearing, software changes, or device failures may remove local work. Keep your own backup of any image, pattern, or material list you need. We do not promise cloud recovery for work that was never uploaded.

Color, materials, and craft safety

Palette values, bead counts, previews, and material lists are planning aids. Screen color, lighting, bead batches, printer output, and brand-specific colors may differ from the preview. Verify quantities and colors before purchasing materials.

Beads can be a choking hazard, and fusing with an iron involves heat. Follow the bead, pegboard, paper, and iron manufacturers' instructions. An adult should handle the iron and supervise children. Bead Pattern Maker does not provide a universal ironing temperature or time.

Service content and intellectual property

The website's code, design, written tutorials, branding, and site-provided template files are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms grant only the limited rights expressly stated above. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the service without transferring ownership of your pre-existing work.

Perler is a trademark of its respective owner. Bead Pattern Maker is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that trademark owner. References to Perler beads describe a craft format or compatibility context.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, exact color matching, compatibility with every device or craft brand, or that every generated pattern will be suitable for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bead Pattern Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, loss of locally stored work, purchases based on estimates, or use of content without sufficient rights. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date will be changed when revised terms become effective. These terms are governed by applicable law without selecting a specific court or jurisdiction at this stage.
